Your new roleYour new role will see you responsible for receiving and making calls to members of the public, dealing with queries by email, utilising MS Office Packages correctly and undertaking basic administrative tasks such as scanning, copying and filing.
What you'll need to succeedWhat you'll need to succeed is a background in customer service and administration and the ability to work as part of a team. The right candidate will be confident, efficient and reliable, with a flexible approach to work and the ability to work under pressure.
