Based in Sheffield S1 area, our well established client is on the look out for a 'Planned Works Administrator'.
Information on the role:
- Temporary administrative support for our clients Planned Maintenance and Compliance Team.
- The position will be 3 months initially, but maybe extended depending on the workload of the team.
Our client is needing someone who has a knowledge of;
- Basic maintenance admin/industry experience
- Property compliance admin/industry experience
- Experience/history with recording data
- Chasing up suppliers for certification
The preferred candidate in question would be someone who has been a Property/Estates Administrator or worked in a maintenance helpdesk function.
Other information:
- Working Week: Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
- Working Hours: 09.00am - 5.30pm
- Hourly Rate: 11.45 per hour
- Duration: 3 months minimum
- Location: Sheffield S1 Area
