Financial Planning Administrator

Our Client is a highly successful and innovative Wealth Management Practice with a reputation for providing unique financial solutions to High Net Worth individuals and businesses across the whole of the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator who is looking to join a stable but growing IFA firm. You will be working for a highly successful business that holds an excellent reputation within the Wealth Management sector.

You will be working as part of a medium sized and growing team, where you will be supporting the Wealth Managers in delivering first class service to their Client bank.

Responsibilities:

General day-to-day administration tasks such as dealing with client enquiries, taking telephone calls, obtaining information from providers and electronic filing
Preparation for meetings
Submitting new business using Intelligent Office
Obtaining valuations and illustrations
Liaising with clients and product providers
Dealing with Letters of Authority

Requirements:

Previous experience of working within Financial Planning
Excellent attention to detail and strong technical skills
Ability to manage own workload
Able to work under pressure to meet specific time deadlines
Strong team player with a can-do attitude towards the daily challenges of a busy Practice
