Financial Planning Administrator
Purpose of the role:
To provide clerical, administrative and technical support to ensure the smooth running of this successful wealth management practice supporting a team of busy financial advisers.
On offer a competitive salary and development into a paraplanner role later down the line. Yo uwill also work in a friendly and supportive team environment.
Duties:
* Deal with telephone and email enquiries from HNW clients and corporates
* Create and maintain client files
* Arrange meetings
* Maintain firms records, databases and registers
* Maintain diary system
* Process and submit new business
* Liaise with all product providers when necessary
* Assist in the creation of financial reports/letters
* Attend meetings and events when required
* Assist others in the administration of employee benefit and pension schemes
Skills
* Good written and oral skills
* Report writing skills
* Methodical and organisational skills
* Computer literacy and typing skills
* Attention to detail
* Previous experience supporting financial advisers
* Knowledge of pensions and investments
