Fantastic opportunity to work as a Planning Administrator for our client's busy Vehicle Distribution Centre.
Staffline is recruiting for a Planning Administrator in Doncaster.
The rate of pay will depend on experience.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, the hours of work are:
- 9am to 5:15pm
Your Time at Work
As a Planning Administrator, your duties will include:
- Providing full administrative support for the Planning Department.
- Manage, organise, and update relevant data using the In-house database, data warehouse and spreadsheet applications.
- Run daily reports using an In-house system to compile information associated with the Company supply chain.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are produced, and distributed to the relevant departments within agreed timescales.
- Co-ordinate the updating of the Planning Department's task schedule to ensure that all forecasted tasks and their associated timescales are recorded.
- Source, collate and provide statistical data, understanding any problems and delivering data solutions, to support the function of Planning and management decisions.
- Support other Company Departments and Suppliers with data collection and manipulation.
- Provide data support to external services provider.
- Support all Company departments with data analysis when required.
- To fully incorporate the philosophies of Customer Promise, Employee Promise and Company Values within all departmental activities and interactions.
Our Perfect Worker
- Previous administration experience of developing and implementing effective administration systems in a busy office environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative and work as a team member
- Experience of manipulating complex business data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, specifically formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formatting, and Links
- Work to deadlines, quickly and efficiently
Experience in similar role is desirable but not essential.
