Job description

Administrator - Membership and CommunicationsRemote workingGBP27,500 + benefits. Rapier Employment are proud to be working alongside our client who are one the UK's largest membership organisations representing the community pharmacy business. As an administrator your duties and responsibilities will vary daily but predominantly the following:
  • Proactively identify and contact eligible members and supplier partners with the view to grow memberships and partnerships. Keep all membership documents up to date.
  • Send the company communications to members via various channels, including emails and website promptly.
  • Manage the administration related to accounts, billings, invoices and payroll.
  • Draft and proof-read relevant and timely member communication documents such as for example event announcements. Ensure newsletters and member communications are accurate and of high quality and dispatched regularly and promptly.
  • Participate in cross sector stakeholder meetings/calls as and when required and advised by CEO, including policy and practice and public affairs events/ meetings/calls to take notes and communicate company policy.
  • Assist with relationship building of key stakeholders as advised, including advisory group members, politicians, regulators, and corporates.
  • Support the organising of member events by engaging with relevant stakeholders and providers, liaise with exhibitors and potential sponsors, support the CEO in setting the content and the agenda and seek sponsorship revenue.
  • Carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required.
Requirements:
  • A self-motivated and well-organised individual with a high level of personal and professional skills.
  • Ability to plan and work to deadlines and proactively, effective prioritisation and to anticipate issues and problems and find solutions.
  • Willingness to work flexibly, when and where necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to relate to a wide range of people including senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer services skills.
Although remote, this role will require very occasional travel into Birmingham and London for events. Benefits
