About the role:
This is an exciting new opportunity for someone to join the National Trading Standards Estate andLetting Agency Team to support in the developing and delivering of the Regulators’ Pioneer Fund ‘Intelligence Support for Private Sector Housing Teams in England’ project.
The administrator will provide a proactive, high quality, effective administration service to support a team of project officers based across England.
About you:
The right person will:
Have a good understanding of the current Housing issues, general trends, and general experience of working within a regulatory enforcement environment.
Be highly self-motivated with attention to detail and accuracy.
Have strong IT skills, using Microsoft Office Applications and the ability to learn internal programmes and systems.
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate in all forms of mediums.
Understand the importance of confidentiality.
What you will do:
Undertake the full range of admin duties as requested by the Operations Manager and project officers
Create and maintain a suitable filing system in order to keep records confidential, correct and up to date.
Review, coordinate, report on statistical data and generic reports as required.
Check & validate purchase orders and payments inline with standing orders and financial regulations.
Assist in preparing monthly reports in relation to the project
Organise meetings and events in collaboration with the project officers
