Our client is currently seeking a talented and experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction secto with the ability to communicate effectively in a team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general admin duties Preparing invoices Building good internal and external relationships Database managementSupporting the project coordinatorsBooking appointments ensuring diaries are kept up to dateQualifications:
High level of written and spoken EnglishProven organisational and problem solving skillsThe ability to recognise and deliver excellent customer serviceTo ability to effectively communicate at all levels, both verbally and in writingExcellent telephone manner and communication skillsAble to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective mannerDependable with proficient attention to detailGood listening and responding skillsFlexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptuallyAble to multitaskWorking knowledge of office equipmentGood understanding of office management procedures IT skills
