Our client has an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in administration, data collection and can provide excellent customer service.

The Role
As an administrator, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to our client’s team in Essex, including data collection, analysis and being the first point of contact for those enquiring about joining them. You will be part of a passionate and skilled team, contributing to the provision of tailored interventions and recovery approaches.
About You
To join our client as an administrator, you will need:
- Relevant experience of working in health and social care, ideally within the field of problematic substance use, mental health, or another comparable field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service.
- Evidence of effective partnership working and the ability to network for the benefit of the client and service.
- To be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Word, familiar with database management systems and able to capture and record data within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, and customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Understand complex issues presented by people affected by substances, and/or mental ill health.
- Determined, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about making a real difference to the lives of people our client supports.

Interview Process
Our client wants you to feel comfortable to be your best during the interview process, so that you can get to know them and they can get to know you. If shortlisted, you will be contacted for a face-to-face interview. There will also be a brief aptitude test to showcase your IT and data collection skills. There will also be volunteers and service users attending the interview.
