Our client in Staines is looking for an excellent administrator with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to provide support to the team.
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the team with various administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency
- Efficiently handling customer service invoices
- Adhering to established procedures for expense management, purchase orders, and payment processing
- General ad-hoc duties when required
The ideal candidate will possess self-motivation, strong communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in administrative tasks. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is necessary, while previous systems experience is advantageous.

Friday: 4pm finish
Hourly rate: 12.80 - 13.80 per hour
