Our client seeks a dedicated Service Administrator to join their ever-growing team. This role serves as a crucial interface with customers, handling service requests and service billing. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Main Duties for the Service Administrator:
- Customer Service: Effectively handle key account service inquiries.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks to support key account operations.
- Invoicing: Completion of invoicing from an administrative perspective.
As a Service Administrator, your skillset would include:
