SalaryAre you an experienced Quality Administrator free to start a fixed term contract 12-18 months? Your duties as a Quality Administrator include:
- Maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Managing document control, monitoring non-conformance reports, conducting audits and supporting supplier monitoring
- Ensuring that the organisation maintains its commitment to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Conducting system audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement
- Supporting the maintenance and updating of the department’s training matrix to ensure competency and compliance among staff
- Producing a number of monthly reports on the current position of Audits, Audit findings, CAPA, Extension requests etc
- Collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders across departments, including but not limited to Quality Assurance teams, Production teams, Document Control personnel, and Training coordinators
You will have:
- Previous experience of working within a Quality environment (QMS)
- An understanding of auditing
- Good communication and computer skills
- Excellent administration skills
- First class attention to detail
In addition, you will be highly numerate and literate with a technical mindset,
