We are looking for a team member for a newly created role within our Claims Department who will be responsible for checking referencing results. You will be ensuring that the documentation received is correct and that it has been checked against the applications. This is a time critical task that requires attention to detail and plenty of initiative.
It is important that you are articulate and confident to deal with other department’s at all levels and can communicate well the findings in a confident and sensitive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be able to prioritise your own workloads according to the service level agreements set and work to deadlines.
- To ensure file and system records are kept fully up to date, within timescales and to company standard.
- To provide excellent customer service
- Observe all current legislation such as UK GDPR.

- Outgoing personality, strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy to handle different outcomes.
