Must be able to drive due to location but they will train someone in the role as long as they have held an administrator role before.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Maintenance of all records.
- Issuing of and checking all documentation given to Drivers.
- Answering and making telephone calls.
- Dealing with any queries or questions from both drivers and customers as required.
- Monitoring and responding to queries raised via their in-house vehicle tracking system.
Good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and someone with a proactive attitude is needed as this can be a busy and challenging office!
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and pay starts at £12.44/hour
