Corporate Administrator

Due to the company team expansion, we are looking for an experienced corporate administrator to join a dynamic Client of ours located in Liverpool. We are looking for a proactive, confident and highly efficient administrator, who is compliance-driven and thrives working in a fast-paced environment. You must be proficient in using the MS Office suite and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The company operates a structured hybrid working model, with the requirement to attend the office more frequently during the initial training period.
- Generating system-based documentation
- assisting with the administration of documents, policy amendments and raising invoices
- filing and saving confidential client documents/drawings/ information
- setting up meetings - face to face and via MS Teams
- providing general administrative support to Construction team and other members as required
- providing ad-hoc support to the divisional Compliance function and wider division as necessary
- Responding to internal and external emails ensuring all queries are dealt with efficiently.
- Preparing letters on behalf of the Construction team.
- Updating the CRM systems with client data, ensuring the information is precise and highly accurate
- Daily ad hoc administration tasks, offering a helpful and positive can-do attitude to the construction team.
- performing other duties which may, from time to time, be reasonably requested
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across the business by providing an efficient and pro-active administration support.

- You have proficient IT Skills in all Microsoft Office products, and specifically experience of using Excel to an intermediate level.
- Some professional experience will be advantageous, preferably gained in an administration role.
- You are educated to A-Level (or equivalent) standard as a minimum, with GCSEs in Maths and English at grades C/4 or above.
