Administrator

A small and friendly team in Rawdon require a new member of staff to join them carrying out Administration tasks relating to Freight and Shipping. This is an exciting time to join a company who are growing and will provide excellent training on numerous different business areas. All they ask is that you are a team player - the team work very closely and are always helping others when needed. A lot of the role is very detail orientated so you will be methodical in your approach and be able to concentrate on detail critical tasks.

A full training package will be offered for this role. A good standard of numeracy as well as written English is essential.

Salary: up to £25,000

• The role is fully office based and the hours are 8.30-5 Monday to Friday
• Holidays 20 days plus bank holidays
• December is a peak period so no holidays to be taken, the company is open between Christmas and New Year

Duties:

• Dealing with European Freight
• All customs paperwork
• Sending, preparing and chasing invoices
• Requesting quotations
• Arranging deliveries
• Obtaining updates via phone and email
• Answering incoming calls
