Role: Administrator
Location: Preston - 3 Days a week in the office
Salary: 18,000 per annum to 22,000 per annum
83zero are partnered with a highly successful and growing organisation. Our client are an industry leading B2B Ecomm-as-a service company specialising in Amazon globally.
They are looking to bring on an Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the sales teams with new clients, as well order processing and any other associated admin.
Key Duties:
- Creating new Supplier Submission templates, enhancing the product listings and submitting to Amazon Vendor
- Internal checks for onboarding compliance
- Updating internal systems to show progress on each new brand
- Communicating professionally with Amazon over email and phone
- Liaising with Amazon to resolve issues such as general product queries, issues around imagery, stock deliveries & barcodes.
- Assisting in all aspects of Customer Service and keeping (url removed) updated
- Work closely with New Business Development/Account Managers for new Brands to onboard with Rosetta
- ASIN maintenance checks on recently onboarded clients
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service role which ideally would be B2B or Client Facing
- Administration experience
- Excellent telephone manner and an avid communicator
- Team player
- Computer literate
- Excel Skills
- Must be able to drive due to rural office location.
