Administrator

Do you have basic admin and IT skills? Can you work the following shifts - 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm or 10am -6pm or up to 37.5 hours per week. (7.5 hours per day with 30 min break). This role is working on an on-going temp basis with the possibility of a permanent role

Role will be working in a warehouse environment:

• Opening, processing, and distributing high volumes of incoming mail daily
• Working within and adherence to a secure and data protected environment
• Receiving high volumes of cheques and other payment methods for processing
• Accurate data handling and processing within a computerised system
• Following work instructions and processes to deliver services to the client
• Confident dealing with varied types of paperwork
• Attention to detail and focussed. Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Good level of computer literacy
• Undertake and complete mandatory training
• Adherence to business site rules, policies, and procedures i
• Manual Handling capabilities
