We are looking to recruit an experienced 'SAGE User' with strong administration background. This is an opportunity for a diligent worker who is confident and happy to get things done in an organised manner.
The perfect candidate will be a good all-rounder, with experience of using Sage, Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets. The role is really varied from Purchasing, Liaison with suppliers, ISO processes, certification and it will also involve supporting the accounts team with entering Sales & Purchase invoices as well as completing export paperwork and liaising with couriers. The main requirement is accuracy and attention to detail. Training will be given on the processes.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 3pm
Salary: Up to £13.00 per hour
Primary Responsibilities
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers
- Procurement tasks
- Entering purchase and sales invoices onto the system (Sage)
- Booking in deliveries
- Arranging transport and couriers for deliveries (UK and international)
- Organising and sending out material certificates to customers
- Accurate data entry / working with strong attention to detail
- Duties related to ISO quality
Ideal person
A strong administrator with some basic invoicing or accounts experience, a confident telephone manner, happy to speak with customers over the phone and have accurate data entry skills.
