Administrator/ Receptionist Needed!
Berry Recruitment has partnered with one of our clients in Cambridge to find an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a temporary contract. This will be an ongoing role until further notice with full time in the office, based in Cambridge.
- Pay 10.42 per hour.
- Full Time in the office.
- Start Date, ASAP.
- End date, Ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and dealing with calls, emails, correspondence and other contacts from service users and professionals.
- Recording details of all contacts with service users and other professionals using SystmOne and other systems as appropriate.
- Management and maintenance of meeting room calendars.
- Completing other routine administration tasks as requested such as scanning, photocopying, sending out letters/reports, ordering, etc.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effectively priorities and co-ordinates own work
- Standard keyboard skills
- Proven skills in effective use of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a team
- GCSE English and Maths Grade C and above or equivalent qualification
