What's involved with this role:
Temporary Administrator - Resources
Reference no: VLA 5243283
Pay Rate: £10.42 per hour PAYE
40 Monday – Friday, normal working hours
This opening assignment is for 5-6 months
City: ALDRIDGE
Answering the telephone (directing calls to the appropriate department). Dealing with visitors, customers and suppliers, both internal and external on a daily basis via the telephone, through emails or face to face.
Key Responsibilities
Dealing with Drivers delivering waste into the site and suppliers delivering goods to site on a daily basis
Checking all suppliers / visitors are wearing the correct PPE
Carrying out site induction video for all visitors / suppliers to the site and making sure that all the appropriate forms are filled in
Dealing with all site staff (including Managers, Operatives and Chemists) face to face,on the telephone and on the 2 -way radio on a daily basis
Updating all the google trackers with the relevant information (including Transport, Drums, Purchasing and APC)
Raising invoices for waste disposed of at the site (including bulk tanker and packaged waste) to Customers in Salesforce
Dealing with Customer & and Supplier queries via the Telephone or email
Dealing with other departments (eg: Accounts Payable, Hazardous Central Services Department).

Posting and emailing invoices to Customers

Qualifications:
3 GCSE's, Grades A-C, or equivalent including English and Mathematics.
Exeperience:
Previous administration experience.
Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
