Administrator (Temp)

UBT Recruitment are working with a family-run SME based in Chesterfield that are seeking an Administrator for an 8 week contract.As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Working Hours & Pay: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Office based. £15 per hour.

Administrator Duties:

• Help foster and develop strong client relationships.
• Prepare for meetings, take minutes, manage action points, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Arrange and schedule survey visits, liaise with surveyors, prepare visit paperwork.
• Create new clients in the management system.
• Assist the manager with all administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.
• Manage the teams diary and emails.
• Assist in creating and maintaining internal and external project trackers to ensure accurate data throughout
