Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.00am - 5.00pm & Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm with 1 hour lunch break
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join one of the largest electrical distribution facilities, based locally in Southampton. If you are successful for this position you will complete a temporary contract for 4 weeks and will then be offered a permanent role.

Main Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders
- Create reports for customers
- Chase customer's orders to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain KPIs for all customer deliveries
- Utilise customer portals and websites to access and upload documents
- Quote customers for transport charges
- Generate commercial invoices for all Non-UK deliveries
- Provide clearance instructions for all imports outside of the UK
- Collaborate with the warehouse team regarding UK deliveries
- Liaise with the warehouse team regarding collection of purchase orders
- Respond to customer queries related to outstanding orders
- Check orders for hazardous parts, ensuring appropriate packing and paperwork for transportation
- General administration duties
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Confident user of Microsoft office packages & CRM systems
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a busy team environment
