Job Title: Administrator
Location: Southsea, Portsmouth
Pay: £13 per hour
Role Type: Temporary to Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and log various client requests via telephone, email, or online portals.
- Liaise with customers and provide feedback on the progress of jobs.
- Relay instructions to engineers and compile details of ongoing work.
- Process and input worksheet information accurately into the system.
- Coordinate with contract managers and engineers for effective communication.
- Raise and issue purchase orders for materials and subcontractors.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front-line customer advisor/helpdesk role.
- Experience in dealing with customer queries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
