We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client's team in Ringwood on a Temporary to Permanent basis. This role offers long-term career prospects within their growing company. As a family-run business established for over 10 years, they have expanded from a small, local business to a nationwide market leader, now employing over 100 staff.

ROLE: Administrator

SALARY: £24K

LOCATION: Ringwood

ROLE TYPE:Temporary to Permanent

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Role purpose:

• Dealing with the paperwork for installations
• Scanning and uploading documentation
• Calling customers to confirm dates
• Contracts paperwork
• Making sure customers records are kept up to date

We'd love to speak to candidates who:

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
