About The Role
There is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in the busy walk in X-ray department at Cheshunt Community Hospital.
This role will involve administrative duties booking patients X-ray appointments, distributing reports, monitoring emails, sending IEP requests.
Please note we are recruting for both full and Part time roles, hours per week may be flexlible.

Skills And Experience
The role involves a wide range of Administrative duties including processing patient referrals, contacting patients and booking appointments, liaising with radiologists and referrers along with billing and general office duties.
The ideal candidate should be able to work in a very busy environment.
The ability to multitask and work independently is advantageous.
Experience in a healthcare environment would be beneficial but full training will be given to the right candidate.
The hours of work are 40 per week and may include some weekends.
The candidate will be required
- deal with client queries and assist the Clinical Team
- book patient appointments in line with standard guidelines.
The candidate should be able to
- liaise with the clinical team to discuss the individual requirements of the patients and perform bookings accordingly.
- This job requires good communication skills for booking, and arranging day lists for the team on a daily basis.
- the working hours will be flexible and over 7 days a week.
- to be successful in this role the candidate will have good communication skills both written and verbal.
- good IT and administration skills and the ability to understand and comply with safety protocols.
- a flexible, organized and enthusiastic attitude is essential.
