- General Office Duties: Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering calls, dealing with emails and general inhouse system management.
- Scheduling: Manage engineer calendars, schedule appointments, re allocating jobs, confirming & closing jobs.
- Correspondence: Draft, format, and proofread emails. Communicating daily with customers, engineers & suppliers
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of jobs, including client information, employee records, and financial data.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external parties, ensuring effective communication.
- Costings: Providing customers & suppliers with part and job costs.
- Problem Solving: Address routine inquiries and resolve administrative & customer issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications of an Administrator
- GCSE or Equivalent
- Efficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior administrative or office experience is preferred but not required.
- This is a full-time position based in an office environment. Occasional overtime and flexibility in working hours may be required in busy periods. The standard working hours are 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday.
