We are working in partnership with an e-commerce business, who require an Administrator to join their team. You will ideally have proven admin experience, with good computer literacy skills. Your Role:
Working closely with the Warehouse and Customer Service team to process customer returns.
Ensuring that correct funds are being refunded to customers, including any gift cards.
Investigating any discrepancies raised by the Warehouse team, or customers.
Supporting the Returns Team Leader in ensuring that processes are being followed correctly.
