The purpose of the Brent Health Matters Team is to work directly with local communities, community leaders; engage with Children, Young People (CYP) families and adults who have difficulty accessing health services, improving health education, healthcare needs and some of the social determinants of health inequalities for our most vulnerable communities. The post holder will be an experienced and innovative administrator who will work as part of the Brent Health Matters clinical teams, in providing comprehensive high level administrative support. Take responsibility to support the achievements of the services Key Performance Indicators/targets. Act on their own initiative in dealing with day-to-day administrative issues. The Administrator is an integral part of the combined Brent Health Matters Team, whose purpose is to act as an initial point of contact for internal staff, external organisations and present a welcoming and professional image for the department and trust. The BHM team has two branches Adults and CYP. The post holder will support both the adult and CYP BHM teams however they will report directly to and be line managed by the NHM team lead for the adult services.
