Responsibilities
- Processing taxation of the Fleet using a variety of mediums
- Logging/matching and hanging spare keys
- Coding and approving transportation invoices
- Processing post, scanning, and reviewing documentation
- Processing and sending documents for car sales
- Reviewing the Teams email in-box and answering phone queries
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Must have strong organisational skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a busy team
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and emails
