We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented experienced Administrator to join our client's award winning team based in East Kilbride, Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Managing and organising filing systems
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Accurately processing and managing programs through digital platforms
- Handling paperwork related to training sessions
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve business targets.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships within the team and across departments.
