Job description

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented experienced Administrator to join our client's award winning team based in East Kilbride, Scotland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Managing and organising filing systems
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Accurately processing and managing programs through digital platforms
  • Handling paperwork related to training sessions
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve business targets.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships within the team and across departments.
