Administrator. 11.75 p/h. Warminster. 28 days leave. 8:30am - 5pm Monday-Friday Pension. On-site free parking. Weekly pay.

Due to an increase in orders an administration position has become available for a production company based in Warminster.

The role includes but is not limited to:

• Answering incoming calls taking telephone enquiries.
• Checking and cross-referencing documentation and raising queries where necessary.
• Inputting data onto system.
• Carry out daily filing of paperwork.
• Carry out stock adjustments as requested.
• Support technical team when an audit is being conducted.
• Proof reading for technical department as required.
• Receipting of ingredient and packaging orders, checking prices and quantities thoroughly prior to input and always ensuring accuracy.
• Carry out stock adjustments as requested by the replenishment manager, always ensuring accuracy.
