Due to an increase in orders an administration position has become available for a production company based in Warminster.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls taking telephone enquiries.
- Checking and cross-referencing documentation and raising queries where necessary.
- Inputting data onto system.
- Carry out daily filing of paperwork.
- Carry out stock adjustments as requested.
- Support technical team when an audit is being conducted.
- Proof reading for technical department as required.
- Receipting of ingredient and packaging orders, checking prices and quantities thoroughly prior to input and always ensuring accuracy.
- Carry out stock adjustments as requested by the replenishment manager, always ensuring accuracy.
