An established Accountancy practice based in Weybridge are looking for an organised Administrator to join their team.
As an Administrator you will be providing administrative support to the management team Business Service Department. This role provides full training and career development.
Administrator duties:
- To provide administrative support to the Practice client partners to assist client employers in meeting their pension auto enrolment obligations.
- Leasing with payroll departments to establish new starters for enrolling onto NEST, as applicable.
- Raising fee notes for standard services
- Answering telephone calls and emails.
- Helping with any other administration duties that the office needs help with.
Administrator Specification:
- Previous administrative experience in an office environment desirable.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications.
- Well organised with a high attention to detail.
