SalaryWe are looking for an Administrator to join our client in Tamworth on part time temporary basis of 5 weeks for 3 days a week.
You will be working within a team to help provide support by answering incoming emails, printing, Filling, and general administration duties as required.
- Location: Tamworth
- Payrate: 11.44 per hour
- Working hours: 8.30am-5.00pm
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to various departments day-to-day.
- Printing, filling, and documenting paperwork as required.
- Taking responsibility for incoming mail to the company mailbox.
- Booking and scheduling appointments and informing the relevant department/person.
- Keeping and logging accurate notes onto the company in house system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within in an office-based role.
- A knowledge into computer literacy and MS Packages such as word, PowerPoint and excel.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills are required.
- Must have a god telephone manner and communication skills.
