Your duties as Administrator:
- Providing administrative support including but not limited to: typing, scanning, copying, filing, minute taking, booking events, letters etc.
- Assisting senior members of staff in completing weekly reports and creating important documentation.
- Reporting on health & safety using data that has been collected.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations for meetings and events.
- Creating and updating spreadsheets for reporting use.
- Liaising with the internal accounts department to collate and authorise invoices.
- Reporting on updates with regards to utilities.
- Submission of data to external stakeholders on a monthly basis.
- Knowledge of housebuilding / construction industry desirable.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload.
- Great attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
