Questech Recruitment have an opportunity for an Administrator to join a well establish Manufacturer based on the outskirts of Huddersfield.

The Company has been established for over 50 years and is looking for an additional Sales Co-ordinator.

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 4pm.

This is to be part of a team of around 12 and after a very successful couple of years the Company is growing. This is a full-time office based position.

If you are local to Huddersfield/Halifax/Elland and have a proven track record of working within administrative role then we would love to hear from you.

This role would suit someone working as an administrator/Sales administrator/Sales Co-ordinator/Administration assistant/Customer Service advisor.

Ideally you will have previously worked within a fast-paced office role.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Incoming and outgoing calls to customers
• Processing orders
• Updating deliveries
• Customer complaints
• Supporting sales team with general administration

To apply you must:

• Have a proven track record of working in a similar role
• Be able to use Microsoft office
• Be comfortable dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
• Be able to work as part of a team
