Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in our head office which is based in Sidcup, South East London. The Office Administrator will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks and providing support to the operations and business development teams. Day to day tasks can include logging and closing down jobs on our internal system, preparing quotes for clients when further works are required, liaising with clients regarding reactive and quoted works and working with the team manager to ensure that all relevant administrative tasks are dealt with efficiently.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, flexible and resourceful
• Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Good level of IT skills particularly with MS Word and Excel
• Good time management
• Positive, can-do attitude
