We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client’s new office in Sidcup on the full time basis.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients in engineering sector, providing excellent customer service. This role involves handling administrative tasks, and efficiently coordinating appointments for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT literate
- Making calls to residents and engineers on the daily basis and deal with queries.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Assist clients over the phone, and via email with inquiries about services, scheduling, and other concerns.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Emailing clients and supply chains
- Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and IT skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience of working with Electrical, Mechanical or Renewables sector is desired but not
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent- 37,5 hours per week
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on the experience.
