As a key part of our Customer Service team, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of emergency calls in our busy call centre.
- Providing support to distressed clients with empathy and professionalism.
- Taking payments over the phone securely and efficiently.
- Managing administrative duties, including emails and scheduling appointments.
- Communicating with customers and engineers over the phone and via email, ensuring smooth operations.
