About the role

We are recruiting for an Administrator to join our small, friendly team on a fixed time temporary basis (12 months. The role will primarily support the Educational Psychology Service that offer support to children with special needs and disabilities.

We’re looking for someone who has great organisational skills, has the ability to use their own initiative and enjoy working within a team.

There will be an element of being able to work remotely, however there is also a requirement to undertake work within our main WNC Office at ONE Angel Square, Northampton for 2 to 3 days per week.

What will you be doing?

The role is varied but you will have shared responsibility for processing educational psychology referrals, advices and reports. You will be required to enter data using our internal systems. You will also be required to gather information to enable Educational Psychologists to undertake their work.

About you

We require a super efficient administrator who enjoys working within a fast paced office environment.

You will be adaptable and someone who enjoys working within a team to achieve successful outcomes in a timely manner, and remain calm under pressure and be able to prioritise work successfully.

You will also need an eye for detail and ensure that all work is accurate.
