Details of the Administrator opportunity
My client, a multi-site fleet maintenance company with depots across the UK is looking to recruit an experienced administrator for their busy depot in Bridgend. Due to increased workloads they need an extra administrator to assist with planning/scheduling work, booking in jobs, invoicing, parts ordering and general administration within the depot.
Administrator Duties
- Processing job cards
- Booking in vehicle maintenance
- Answering the phone
- Ordering parts and assisting with invoicing
- Planning and scheduling work
- General office administration
Administrator experience required
- Be fully PC literate with good keyboard skills
- Have a solid background in administration and a keen eye for detail
- Previous experience gained within the automotive sector is essential
- Any experience of the HGV sector would be great
