My client based in Bridgend is seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated Compliance Administrator to join their busy HR department on a FTC for 6 months with possibility to extend. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with experience in HR and compliance, adept at multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information in compliance with GDPR.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Ensure HR systems and records are accurately maintained
- Support the administration of the full HR lifecycle
- Manage the Occupational Health calendar and coordinate related activities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in line with GDPR requirements
- Work closely with the HR team to meet the departments needs and deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a busy department
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and maintain focus while managing competing demands and deadlines
- Experience in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
- Familiarity with GDPR and its application within HR
