Our well established client based in Fairford are looking for an Administrator to join their fast growing team!

Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responding to customers emails
• Using internal databases
• Checking status of customer orders
• Taking inbound phone calls
• Answering customer queries
• Liaising with other departments

Administrator Ideal Candidate:

• Have previous administrator experience
• Good verbal and non verbal communication skills
• Be IT literate - Excel and Word
• Hold a Full UK Driving Licence

Administrator Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
