ADMINISTRATOR - PART TIME
Administrator to the HR Department
Place of Work: Head Office
Hours of work: Part time - 24 hours per week (preferably 4 x 6 hour days, but can be flexible).

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our busy HR Department.
Job Overview:
KEY ACCOUNTABLES:
* To provide administrative support to the HR Advisors and Director of HR as required
* Preparation of HR related correspondence and documentation
* Monitoring of HR inboxes
* To take telephone enquiries including overflow calls for the department.
* General HR administration including collating absence management and annual leave trackers
* To prepare and provide reports, monthly and ad hoc, to agreed standards, for example absence and staff turnover reporting.
* To monitor and co-ordinate the onboarding processes for salaried roles.
* Arrange/source and co-ordinate ad hoc training sessions as required.
* To prepare contracts of employment and change of role letters as instructed.
* To collate monthly payroll information/changes.
* To administer processes for staff surveys, exit interviews and other information gathering processes.
* Process Disclosure and Barring Service checks for relevant roles in line with regulatory requirements, dealing with any queries that may arise.
* Maintain relevant electronic documentation and other filing systems.
* To provide administrative support for the Company’s pension schemes.
* To undertake ad hoc projects and activity as requested.
Requirements of the candidate:
* Strong administration experience
* Excellent organisational skills
* Accuracy
* Ability to communicate effectively, including written communication
* Strong Excel skills
* Experience in calculating statistics and other metrics
