Frontline Recruitment Weymouth are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client team in Weymouth. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position, office based.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings and conferences
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements using QuickBooks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Hours/week: 35
Working hours: 9AM to 5.15PM (1 hour and 1/4 lunch break).
