Office Administrator-

• £20,000- £24,500 basic salary pro rata

The Role: Administrator

You will be involved with general office administration which will also include:

• Processing orders.
• Administration support for the service department and sales team.]
• Maintaining import and export documentation
• Manage incoming calls.
• Tracking orders and filing shipping and delivery despatch notes.
• Help with visitors, including setting up meeting rooms.

Administrator Candidate

• Experience in an office environment. This could be as an administrator, receptionist, customer service or a similar role.
• Knowledge of import and export documentation.
• Happy to answer the phone and speak to people.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
