The Role: Administrator
You will be involved with general office administration which will also include:
- Processing orders.
- Administration support for the service department and sales team.]
- Maintaining import and export documentation
- Manage incoming calls.
- Tracking orders and filing shipping and delivery despatch notes.
- Help with visitors, including setting up meeting rooms.
Administrator Candidate
- Experience in an office environment. This could be as an administrator, receptionist, customer service or a similar role.
- Knowledge of import and export documentation.
- Happy to answer the phone and speak to people.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
