One of our top clients is seeking an Administrator to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. By joining this well-known organisation, you will have the chance to excel in a professional yet vibrant environment.

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Managing documentation and data entry with a keen eye for detail.
  • Inputting data accurately onto company system
  • Assisting with organising team meetings and appointments

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an administration or office support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of 11.50 to 12.50. The working hours are from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
