The Job

To join a small, friendly admin team in this busy and varied role with the focus being on Customer support. Our client is passionate about providing good Customer Service and maintaining great Customer relations.

As our Customer Service Administrator you will be

• Taking incoming calls, helping clients and customers with their enquiries and queries
• Raising contract renewals and invoices
• Provide Client Account support to existing customers as well as sales advice to potential clients.
• Liaising and building rapport with major clients
• Taking payments over the phone and following up non-payment of invoices
• General administrative duties, to include typing documents, data input and updating electronic records.
