Requirements:
- A professional telephone manner and comfortable being on the telephone on a daily basis.
- Previous experience working in an office or call centre environment would be desired.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
