Here at SF Recruitment our Central Derby client is currently seeking a Temporary experienced Receptionist to join their team as soon as possible!
This is a Temporary position that may become permanent for the right candidate, working 9.00 am -5.00 pm Monday to Friday. You must be immediately available to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
- General administration tasks such as invoicing and billing
- Welcoming visitors
- Managing both incoming and outgoing phone calls as well as emails
- Booking appointments and scheduling the diaries
Skills
- Previous relatable experience
- Strong and confident communicator
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- Time management skills
